I’ve always been drawn to leadership—not for the title, but for the chance to create environments where people grow, thrive, and rise. That belief took me from the Bronx to luxury hospitality, from Nike HQ to Keller Williams, where I now lead leadership development and coach agents past their plateaus.
Through every chapter, one truth has stayed with me: Most people are capable of far more than they’ve been encouraged to believe.
